Searching for Vendors

The search bar on the registry page lets you find vendors by name, service description, or tagline. Results are ranked by relevance to your query.

Keyword Search

Type any keyword to search across vendor names, descriptions, and categories. For example, searching "code review" will find AI-powered code review tools.

Category Filter

Use the category dropdown to narrow results by industry or function — LLM providers, enterprise AI, security AI, creative AI, and more. You can also browse categories directly from the Categories page.

Certification Filter

Filter by specific certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISMAP, or HIPAA. Only vendors with confirmed certifications will appear.

Score Filter

Use the score filter to show only vendors within a specific transparency score range. You can filter by color (green / yellow / red) or set a minimum score. This is useful when you need to quickly identify vendors meeting your organization's transparency requirements.

Comparing Vendors

The compare feature lets you place vendors side-by-side to see how they stack up across all 33 evaluation items.

How to Compare

1. Click the "Compare" button on any vendor card or detail page to add it to your comparison list.
2. Add another vendor the same way.
3. Click "View Comparison" in the comparison bar that appears at the bottom of the page.

Plan Limits

PDF Evaluation Reports

Starter plan and above users can download PDF evaluation reports for individual vendors. Reports include:

• Overall transparency score and color rating
• Detailed breakdown of all 33 evaluation items
• Certification status
• Evaluation rationale and evidence references

To download a report, visit the vendor detail page and click the "Download PDF" button.
