PDF Assessment Reports
Generating a PDF Report
PDF reports allow you to export a vendor's full assessment as a professional document. To generate a report:
- Open the vendor's detail page from the registry.
- Click the "Download PDF" button in the top-right area.
- The report will be generated and downloaded automatically.
PDF report generation is available on the Pro plan. See the plans guide for details on upgrading.
What's Included in the Report
Each PDF report contains a comprehensive snapshot of the vendor's assessment at the time of generation:
- Transparency score — Overall percentage and color-coded rating (Green/Yellow/Red).
- Assessment breakdown — All 21 evaluation items with pass/fail status and evidence references.
- Certifications — Detected certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001) and inferred items.
- Missing items — Critical items that could not be verified from public information.
- Evidence sources — Links to the public pages used as evidence.
- Generation date — Timestamp for audit trail purposes.
Sharing Reports with Your Team
PDF reports are designed for sharing within your organization:
- Procurement reviews — Attach the report to your vendor evaluation workflow.
- Compliance documentation — Use reports as evidence of due diligence when adopting AI services.
- Executive summaries — Share the score and key findings with stakeholders who don't have an AI Assess account.
Reports are point-in-time snapshots. For the latest assessment, generate a new report or check the live detail page.
